Paper and pens

How to Play

1

Give each person a piece of paper and a pen.

2

Have them fold or draw lines dividing the paper into four equal squares.

3

Label each square: Top-left = "Proudest Achievement," Top-right = "Current Passion," Bottom-left = "Future Dream," Bottom-right = "Something Nobody Knows About Me."

4

Give 5-7 minutes for everyone to draw or write in each square (encourage drawing over writing!).

5

Pair up or form small groups (3-4 people) and take turns sharing their four squares.

6

Each person has 2-3 minutes to present their squares to the group.

Facilitator Tips

Emphasize that drawing skill doesn't matter — stick figures are great!

Play calm background music while people draw.

This activity can get personal — remind everyone to share only what they're comfortable with.

Variations & Twists

Six Squares: Add "Favorite Memory" and "What Inspires You."

Team Vision Board: Groups create a collective four-square poster.

Digital Version: Use a shared whiteboard tool like Miro or Figma.
